Shipping within the United States

Where we ship. All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How long it takes. 5 business days through UPS.

What it costs. Free on orders of $45 or more. Under $45, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay. No handling fee, no surcharge.

When it leaves us. Orders placed before 2pm Eastern time go out the same business day. After that, the next one.

International shipping

Where we ship. To most countries worldwide. We do not currently ship to Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, India, Mexico, Russia, South Africa or Türkiye.

Your currency. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency.

How long it takes. 5-7 business days, tracked to your door.

What it costs. Free on orders of US$45 or more, shown in your currency at checkout. Under that, a flat US$9.99, also shown in your currency.

Taxes and duties. Our prices include all taxes and import duties, so there is nothing more to pay at checkout or on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for import charges on one of our parcels, do not pay them. Email us at Support@wearstillsoft.com and we will take care of it.

When it leaves us. Orders placed before 2pm US Eastern time go out the same business day. After that, the next one.

For every order

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the carrier scans your parcel. If it has not moved in three days, write to us and we will chase it, not you.

Wrong address. Tell us within an hour of ordering and we can still change it. After that it is with the carrier, and we will help you redirect it.

If it arrives damaged. Send us a photo. A replacement goes out that day and you keep the damaged one.

Delivery. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order leaves us. Your parcel is your responsibility once it has been delivered to you.
